Product description

The double T-shaped steel-concrete composite beam has a double "T" shape in cross-section, and the upper part of the beam is made of C150 UHPC (ultra-high performance concrete) and the lower part is poured and assembled with I-beams. The total length of the beam is 60m, which is poured and spliced into three sections of 20m each. This structural unit is lightweight, does not require tensioning, has a simple connection structure, and achieves the performance characteristics of durability, high strength, lightweight and fast.
The mold adopts hydraulic remote control demolding, which ensures construction safety and improves production efficiency. The finished product after pouring can be directly demolded and lifted, and the mold does not need to be adjusted for secondary movement. Repeatedly pouring molds can still stably produce high-quality beam components, making construction clients more worry free.
