Factory construction of houses has become a development trend and a mature and reliable choice for housing construction.

Bridge Category

Prefabricated small box girders are the most widely used load-bearing components in highways and municipal bridges. Adopting a box shaped cross-section design, the structure has high stiffness and excellent bending and torsion resistance. The standardized centralized pouring production of the beam yard ensures stable strength, durability, and crack resistance of the finished products, and is suitable for various small and medium span bridge projects. Tunnel Type

The pipe gallery trolley is specially designed for comprehensive pipe gallery concrete pouring construction, using modular hydraulic drive design, which can move as a whole and automatically adjust the template size. The structure is stable and reliable, with high forming accuracy. It can be poured and formed in one go, greatly improving construction efficiency. Suitable for multiple cross-sectional sizes, safe and efficient, it is the preferred equipment for standardized construction of pipe gallery projects.

Other Components

The top pushing pipeline component is a prefabricated component specially designed for non excavation top pipe construction, made of high-strength reinforced concrete, with a dense and sturdy structure and strong pressure bearing capacity. The component specifications are standardized, the interface is tightly sealed, and the waterproof and anti-seepage effect is excellent. No need for extensive excavation, easy installation, suitable for municipal pipeline network and underground pipeline engineering, safe and efficient construction, strong durability, effectively reducing construction costs. The mold adopts a sliding rail type opening and closing demolding (internal contraction and external separation), and the contact surface connection port of the mold is integrally formed. After demolding, it can be directly lifted and moved from it.

Lifting Bracket

The equipment adopts a multi-point balanced force design, which can effectively disperse the load, prevent deformation, shaking, and displacement during the lifting of the steel cage, and ensure a smooth and safe lifting process. Effectively optimizing the process of connecting and lowering steel cages, improving construction efficiency and engineering quality, and reducing construction safety hazards, not only can steel cages be lifted, but also various large or long objects can be lifted. Top Derived Beam

The top thrust beam is the core supporting component of bridge and steel structure top thrust construction. It is made of high-strength steel and welded to meet the first-class weld standard, making it highly rigid, capable of bearing large loads, and excellent in deformation resistance. The product structure design is reasonable, the force is uniform and stable, it can effectively transmit the pushing load, buffer the construction stress, and ensure the smooth and controllable process of beam translation and pushing. The specifications can be customized according to needs, suitable for various bridge and steel structure construction pushing scenarios, and the installation and disassembly are easy. Improving the efficiency of top pushing operations is an essential tooling equipment for large-scale top pushing projects.

Steel Tire Frame

Square pier steel reinforcement cage binding positioning frame, also known as "square pier steel reinforcement frame". The construction auxiliary equipment specially customized for the binding of steel cages for square pier columns has a positioning size deviation of no more than 1mm, which is a powerful guarantee for the compliance of the finished protective layer of the pier column pouring. Adjustable size, suitable for various square pier specifications. Reducing manual errors and effectively avoiding steel bar displacement and deformation during the binding process is an ideal supporting equipment for precast construction of pier body steel bars.

Box Girder Tire Frame

The box girder reinforcement binding frame is divided into two parts: the "bottom web binding frame" and the "top plate binding frame". This tire frame, with the absolute accuracy and durability of mechanical drilling, completely eliminates the dimensional deviation and cumulative error caused by manual installation, ensuring that the spacing of the steel reinforcement skeleton and the coordinates of the corrugated pipe are as accurate as designed from the root, achieving a leap in quality from "guaranteed by people" to "guaranteed by fixtures".
