Product description

This is an octagonal pier column steel template customized for Canadian customers, named after its octagonal cross-section. The upper part of the pier cap transitions from a rectangular shape to a lower octagonal shape. Unlike most domestic templates, this template eliminates the back edge support design and instead uses a special bending shape of the template flange support plate, as well as the template style we designed through preliminary stress calculations. This style ensures that it is poured and assembled without deformation, and can be used repeatedly for a long time to ensure high standard pouring. We have also customized a construction platform for its upper part, which can be used for safe and efficient operations. Before shipment, apply protective oil to the surface of the template to effectively prevent corrosion caused by factors such as high humidity and salt spray during sea transportation.
